This is a repository, portfolio, dumping ground for every character concept that comes my way and I flesh out into something. This is by no means expansive, nor should it be - I make a LOT of characters and keeping this page up to date would simply take too much effort.
Instead, here's the creme de la creme of characters I've made, and short prompts for the stories they're in. The best of the best. The good ones.

NEON DRAGON
When Damien finds herself out of a job, she turns to the worst career her world can offer, smuggling dragon's eggs cross-country for cash. It's dangerous work, but at least she's got a friend going through it, even though they're usually not any better off than her.
SUGAR + CINDER
Cinder of Brimstone has never been particularly talkative, especially about herself. But when her first date with Sugar goes better than expected, she quickly finds herself in over her head with magic, both romantic and arcane.
WICKER HEART
A revisiting and reimagining of Beauty and the Beast, except, with lesbians. I don't have a snappy pitch for this one. This one literally opens with a Sappho quote. You know what you're in for.

She works so hard to keep her performers happy and well-fed, even when her boss stresses she get more done. Her lusus is a CLOWN, and she HAS TROUBLE NOT SPEAKING FOR AN AUDIENCE, EVEN IN PRIVATE. |

LYCIAS DUMRIL 10 sweeps (21.6 human years), she/her, it/its LYCIAS, though she's the youngest, has such an expertise in pyrotechnics, she was pulled from the mutants horde to work at the MILENKO CIRCUS. She's energetic, almost dangerous with how quickly she explodes into action the moment someone she loves asks her to. Her lusus is a SALAMANDER, and she speaks with somesing of a lisp. |

OFIDIA PERONI 12 sweeps (25.2 human years), she/her Stoic OFIDIA is so often lost in her own thoughts, only leaving her thoughts to cool tensions, keeping everyone together, as even when faced with death, the show must go on. Only she has the skill and strength to swallow the swords she carries. Her lusus is a SNAKE, and she has to naviga7e her fangs when speaking, and pronounces things delibera7ely. |

MASKEL MUSTEL 12 sweeps (25.2 human years), she/her, they/them MASKEL's power has only grown since joining the circus, as they came from being the world's spadesthrob on the empire-sponsored reality shows, before making a living in the circus as a magician - they specialize in escapology, being able to contort themselves and escape even the most dense traps, and even the most awkward social situations. Their lusus is a WEASEL, and they have a 'tendency' to 'emphasize' 'words' on 'incorrect' 'beats'. |
